Marianne Combs, GRI, ABR, CRS, Broker/Associate A true native of The Woodlands area, born in Conroe and raised in Spring, Texas, Marianne and her husband Sterling returned here after living in Southern California and Saudi Arabia.  A licensed agent since 1986, and a multi-million dollar producer in The Woodlands area, Marianne is a Broker, an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) , a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She has built her real estate practice based on professionalism and personal service.    She is a member of the Houston  Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors, and is active in civic and church affairs. At the end of the day, Marianne loves to spend time with any one of her six grandsons, Max, Jake,  Spence, Isaac, Seth and Cannon.

Andrea Keiller, ABR, GRI, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Born in Henley-on-Thames, England and a Woodlands resident since 1995, Andrea is a multi-million dollar producer who specializes in The Woodlands and surrounding areas.  As a veteran of several international and interstate moves, she is well attuned to the needs of relocating families.  Having built four homes here, she is fully conversant with the building process and her experience is invaluable to buyers considering the option of a new home.  Andrea is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) , a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI),  and a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  Andrea has two daughters, one currently at The University of North Texas and the other a Sophomore in High School.  Her spare time is spent with her husband and looking after her many animals, three horses and two boxers!

Amy Aiken, New Home Stager Amy Aiken has lived in the Woodlands for twelve years. As a mother of three, she is involved in a variety of school activities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Dakota, and is a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She has a passion for Interior Design, and loves meeting new people, and helping them make their homes irresistible.

Tracy S. Downham, Tracy Downham Interiors Tracy has been decorating beautiful homes in The Woodlands and surrounding areas since 1997. Her full service interior decorating company specializes in fine upholstery, accessories, and design consultation.  Tracy helps our clients stage their homes in preparation for marketing, or helps our home buyers with their decorating problems. She is actively involved in the lives of her sons Price and George, volunteers for The Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties, and is active in The Woodlands United Methodist Church serving on the interior design committee.
