Marianne Combs, GRI, ABR, CRS, Broker/Associate A true native of The Woodlands area, born in Conroe and raised in Spring, Texas, Marianne and her husband Sterling returned here after living in Southern California and Saudi Arabia.  A licensed agent since 1986, and a multi-million dollar producer in The Woodlands area Marianne is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX 100% Club. Andrea Keiller, ABR, GRI, Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Born in Henley-on-Thames, England and a Woodlands resident since 1995, Andrea is a multi-million dollar producer who specializes in The Woodlands and surrounding areas.    As a veteran of several international and interstate moves, she is well attuned to the needs of relocating families.  Having built four homes here, she is fully conversant with the building process and her experience is invaluable to buyers considering the option of a new home.  A member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX Platinum Club, Andrea is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR),  a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.  Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters,  and riding her horses.

Leslie Briese, Licensed Assistant Born in Portland, Oregon, and having lived in California, Leslie moved to The Woodlands with her two boys in 1998.  She began her career in Real Estate in 2005 and calls on her previous experience as Marianne & Andrea’s Client Services Manager to now assist the team’s home buyers.  Leslie is also a Notary Public and provides our clients with this service.  Leslie enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband & boys in their new home in Benders Landing.

Betty Sonntag, Client Services Manager Betty is a long time Texas resident, now living in Willis.  She is responsible for assisting clients from when the agent takes the listing until the file is closed, working with lenders, appraisers, surveyors, inspectors, co-op agents and title companies to ensure that closings go smoothly.  Betty is a Notary Public and is available to assist our clients with this service.  Betty loves the outdoors, you can find her in her garden or playing with her dogs in her spare time.

Tracy S. Downham, Tracy Downham Interiors Tracy has been decorating beautiful homes in The Woodlands and surrounding areas since 1997. Her full service interior decorating company specializes in fine upholstery, accessories, and design consultation.  Tracy helps our clients stage their homes in preparation for marketing, or helps our home buyers with their decorating problems. She is actively involved in the lives of her sons Price and George, volunteers for The Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties, and is active in The Woodlands United Methodist Church serving on the interior design committee.
